Healthy Ramadan Meal Recipes For Iftar

Ramadan healthy recipes - In this video I show you guys how to prepare delicious healthy iftar meal I had while trying to maintain a healthy eating habit this Ramadan. Main Meal - Can feed up to six people so adjust to suite your needs 2 kg of potatoes 3 large bell peppers 8 large eggs 3 handfuls of baby spinach 2 tbsp of chicken bouillon or salt and pepper to taste 4 tbsp of vegetable / olive oil 100 grams of grated mild cheddar cheese Dessert - Adjust to suite your needs Natural or Greek yogurt Strawberries blueberries or blackberries mango 3 dates or odd number of dates per bowl served (keeping up with the sunnah there lol) Detox Water - Refrigerate for at least an hour before drinking Cold water slices of cucumbers lemon slices - for added benefits I am not a sheikh, scholar nor would I even consider myself a student of knowledge.
